Uche Okeke Legacy (“UOL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy does not form part of any separate service agreement, membership agreement, loan agreement, certificate of authenticity agreement, provenance agreement, copyright service agreement, purchase agreement or other contract you may enter into with UOL. The Uche Okeke Legacy is the digital and organisational platform through which the legacy, artistic practice, intellectual property, history and continuing relevance of Professor Christopher Uchefuna Okeke (“Uche Okeke”) are documented, presented and developed.
The Professor Uche Okeke Legacy Limited (“PUOLL”) is a family holding company established as a commercial vehicle for the propagation of Uche Okeke’s intellectual and artistic property. UOL works in relationship with Asele Institute, the non-profit organisation founded by Uche Okeke himself in 1958.
The Website may therefore contain information, material and activities relating to UOL, PUOLL, Asele Institute and other organisations, individuals, institutions, artists, researchers, collectors and rights holders.
